1. No Refund Policy
At Grovk (operated by IE Nikolay Ruzhkov), we strive to provide high-quality tools. Due to the nature of digital goods and the availability of our free plan, all sales are final. JPrompt does not offer refunds for any subscriptions once the payment is processed.
2. EU/EEA Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer based in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. However, by subscribing and accessing the Pro features, you expressively consent to waive this right as the service is provided digitally and immediately.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining time.
