Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Grovk (operated by Individual Entrepreneur Nikolay Ruzhkov), concerning your access to and use of the JPrompt website and service.
Billing and Reseller
Our order process is managed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record and authorized reseller. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service. All fees are non-refundable as stated in our Refund Policy.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and defined following the laws of Georgia. IE Nikolay Ruzhkov and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
